A meeting was held between the National Union of Medical Laboratory Technologists, Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKJTMP) and various bodies representing the medical laboratory technologists in both government and private sector was held on 16th February 2020 (Saturday) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Setia Alam, Selangor.

MIMLS was invited to the "Kesatria Gala Evening 2019" held on 12th December 2019 (Thursday) at the Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur. It was organised by the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), a non-profit organisation under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia. This year's event is also held in conjunction with the 10th anniversary of MyCEB.
MIMLS has set up a booth at the 55th Annual Convention of the Philippine Association of Medical Technologists (PAMET) to promote the 7th Congress of AAMLS 2021 and our beautiful country to more than 3,300 local and foreign delegates attending the convention.

As a member of the ASEAN Association for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (AACLS), MIMLS was invited to the 41st Annual Conference of Medical Technology of Thailand, organized by the Association of Medical Technologists of Thailand (AMTT) at IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi, Thailand. MIMLS is represented by Mr. Lim Back Seng.
25 March 2017 - The 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Malaysian Confederation of Allied Health Professional Associations (MyCAHP) was held on 25th March 2017 at the Allied Health Science Division, Ministry of Health, Putrajaya. MIMLS was represented at this meeting by our President Elect, Pn. Faridah Robiah Ismail and Council Members Mr. Tan Kian Shing and Mr. Maheswaran A/L Ramalingam.
