MIMLS 28th Annual General Meeting

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to practice physical distancing, the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MIMLS this year will be conducted fully virtual and broadcasted live from Kuala Lumpur. Only the essential office bearers involved in conducting the AGM will be physically present at the broadcast venue. 

This comes as part of our necessary precaution to safeguard the safety and wellbeing of our members, and at the same time allowing every eligible members to participate in the AGM without having to leave your work or travel interstate during this Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) period.

Members who are eligible to attend the 28th AGM should have received the Notice of AGM from MIMLS containing the link to register your request to participate in this online meeting via ZOOM. With the online meeting and voting procedures provided, member may exercise his/her right to participate, ask questions and to vote at the AGM, from the comfort of their home, or wherever they may be. If members are not able to attend the AGM virtually, you can also appoint a proxy and indicate the voting instructions in the Proxy Form provided.
